What we process

When you fill in the quote form: your full name, email address, phone number and company/brand (the last two are optional), the services you choose and your answers, any note you add, and the language the site was shown in.

When you reach us by email, WhatsApp or Cal.com: the information you share through those channels.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and schedule a call. The legal basis is KVKK Art. 5/2(c): processing directly related to entering into a contract.

Your data is not used for marketing, not sold, and not shared with anyone other than the service providers listed in this notice.

Service providers and transfers abroad

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure. The quote form is delivered by email through Formspree, Inc., and emails are received via Microsoft Outlook. Bookings run on Cal.com and messages on WhatsApp (Meta); you only reach these platforms when you click their links, and their own privacy policies apply.

These providers' servers may be located abroad. By ticking the consent box when you send the form, you give explicit consent to the transfer of your data abroad for this purpose.

Retention

Data about your request is kept for at most 2 years after the request is concluded and then deleted. If a business relationship begins, the retention periods required by law apply.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Only what the site needs to work: your chosen language is stored in your browser (localStorage), and the hosting provider Cloudflare may use technical cookies for security.

Fonts are served from the site itself; no third-party font service is used.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the parties it is transferred to; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and its deletion or destruction; request that these actions be notified to those it was transferred to; object to an outcome against you arising from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
